I use words and data to create content that engages audiences, from product experiences to marketing campaigns. These days, I mostly freelance with tech companies building products used by millions.
I started in journalism, which taught me to get to the point fast. Now, whether it’s a button label or a full content strategy, I focus on what the user needs to know, and the clearest way to say it.

Working in big tech, I’ve built AI-powered content tools at scale, using language models to make content creation faster, more consistent, and still high quality.
I’ve worked on and developed prompts and tools to shape workflows, automate content generation, align to tone of voice and review accessibility. The goal is simple: use AI to handle repetitive work, without sacrificing human judgment, creativity and clarity.
Designing with AI
Product development is complex but getting the user to engage shouldn’t be. I create content as part of the product — not writing words to fill a space someone else designed.
That means working from the user needs, making decisions based on evidence and being willing to argue for the right content even when it's not what someone expects.
Content design
I’ve extensive experience on brand-funded content, managing the production of branded content on Yahoo, HuffPost, TechCrunch and Microsoft. I’ve collaborated on content partnerships to craft stories that effectively tell a brand message to a target audience, and occasionally win awards.
Branded content
Over the years I’ve worked with a number of large organisations managing their content. This has included localisation across 20+ markets, content audits and migrations to new templates, platforms or CMS.
I’ve loads of experience in content operations on larger projects – working with stakeholders to provide a streamlined digital experience for users that meets the client’s goals.
